Exchange & Return Policy
Conditions for Exchange/Return
• Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags/labels attached.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
• The product does not match the description or the item ordered on our website.
• The product is damaged, defective, or has material/stitching faults caused by the manufacturer.
Please note: Custom-made products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable unless the fault lies with Lucy+.
Exchange Regulations
• Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same product code and can only be made once.
• If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
• If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
• Promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
